Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FuturistiX Apps, its developers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • your use or misuse of the App • violation of this Privacy Policy • violation of any rights of a third party • misuse of purchased digital items • unauthorized or illegal activity conducted through your account

This obligation survives termination or deletion of your account or the App.
